Nature park
Arxan National Forest Park
The park Arxan covers a volcanic plateau of craters, lava flows, rivers and conifer forests. Sites are very far away from each other and shuttles often require a two-day route.
Lake
Lake Tianchi d'Arxan
The Tianchi of Arxan occupies an ancient, almost circular crater surrounded by a dense forest on the heights of the park. A long staircase leads to the edge; the view remains partial, but the volcanic environment is clearly perceptible.
Place indismissible
Gare d'Arxan
The small train station Arxan was built in the 1930s with unusual stone architecture in the area. It is still used as a compact landmark between the thermal centre and the large forest landscapes.
