General presentation
Costa Brava
Littoral of coves, white villages, coastal paths, pines, clear waters and small historic towns between Blanes and Cape Creus.
Cadaqués, Tossa de Mar and Chemins de ronde give the most telling landmarks of Costa Brava. Together, they form a destination where the coastline, natural spaces and heritage meet, with atmospheres that change over the stages rather than a single uniform decor.
See all
For a stay of 3 to 7 days, it is better to balance visits and travel times. Also to be anticipated: Saturated coves in August. A car is usually the easiest way to connect different sectors. Accessibility varies from site to site and deserves to be checked step by step.

Coast
Criques de la Costa Brava
The coves of the Costa Brava alternate clear walls, opaque water and small abrupt accesses that change completely according to the passage. The contrasts between very open coves and coves are especially evident, where light vibrates blue and where salty air becomes almost tangible on the face. A clear morning or an advanced evening makes the experience the most legible.

Cotier village
Cadaques
Each street of Cadaqués seems carved to frame the sea, the coloured shutters and the slope of the houses that encase the village. The pleasure comes from the texture of the place: white walls, noise of shutters, fishing stops and small places suddenly calm. The village crosses better early, when the rhythm is still local and when we can capture daily usages without haste.

Fortified city
Tossa de Mar
Tossa de Mar imposes its defensive silhouette upon arrival, with its medieval core placed above the coast and its alleys rising towards the ramparts. Walking between thick walls, balconies and views of the boats, you can see how the city protects itself from the wind without cutting itself off from the harbour. Balconies and viewing angles are more convincing in shaving light.
