General presentation
Côte du Pembrokeshire
Coastal National Park made of cliffs, beaches, coastal path, colorful villages and islands rich in seabirds.
To understand what the coast of Pembrokeshire is, look at St Davids, Tenby and Skomer. These places give you the opportunity to see a territory marked by the coastline, natural spaces, heritage and island landscapes and allow you to move from emblematic sites to more intimate stages.
See all
For a stay of 4 to 8 days, it is best to balance visits and travel times. Also to be anticipated: crossing to the islands dependent on the weather. A car is usually the easiest way to connect different sectors. Accessibility varies from site to site and deserves to be checked step by step.

Places worth visiting
A selection to start dreaming and organizing the stay — not an exhaustive list of everything there is to see.

City
St Davids
St Davids is the size of a village but the weight of an ancient religious place, dominated by its cathedral laid in a hollow. The streets remain modest, almost rural, and the proximity to the coast of Pembrokeshire makes it possible to quickly pass from sacred stones to cliffs beaten by the wind.

Coastal city
Tenby
Tenby offers dense streets, vibrant coastal architecture and changing light on riparian facades. The promenade combines sea and stone, with quieter corners to capture the marine character of the city.

Island
Skomer
Skomer is joined by a boat and this crossing is already preparing for a change of pace: cliffs, high grasses, wind and sea birds take the place. In the spring and early summer, the macareux attract a lot of eyes, but the island also applies to its bare paths and circular horizon.

Range
Barafundle Bay
Barafundle Bay attracts by its beach to the edge of cliffs, with light and coastal climate very sensitive depending on the hour. The best moments are often morning and evening, when the attendance drops and the sand slope reveals its colors better.
