For a stay of 3 to 6 days, it is better to balance visits and travel times. Also to be anticipated: access of foreigners currently restricted to Xining according to France Diplomacy and Kumbum remains the explicitly authorized exception in Huangzhong County. The trip can be organised without a car if the drop point and local connections are selected in advance. The main sites are generally easy to access.
