Bad Reichenhall
Bad Reichenhall is a Bavarian spa town linked to salt, curing gardens and elegant facades at the foot of the Alps. Between Salzburg and Berchtesgaden, it offers a less alpine stage than the Königssee but very pleasant for its salines, walks and views towards the Predigtstuhl.

Ramsau bei Berchtesgaden offers one of the clearest images of the Bavarian Alps, with its church on the edge of the Ramsauer Ache and the mountains in the background.
