Carcross and the Southern Lakes
A small stop between mountains, dunes, turquoise lakes and Tlingit-tagish heritage, close to the Alaskan border.
Carcross, Carcross Desert and Bennett Lake provide the most telling landmarks of Carcross and Southern Lakes. Together, they form a destination where the shores and lakes, mountain reliefs, heritage and natural spaces meet, with atmospheres that change over the stages rather than just one uniform decor.
