For a stay of 3 to 6 days, a quiet rhythm works well. Also to be anticipated: summer heat. A car is usually the easiest way to connect different sectors. However, some sites require more walking, elevation or preparation.

Remarkable location
Mont Ventoux
Mont Ventoux imposes its white silhouette above the lavender, vineyards and villages of Provence. The road suddenly changes its atmosphere as it climbs up, from forests to stony slopes beaten by the wind; cyclists, hikers and simple lovers of views have to cope with a sometimes harsh weather.
都市
Nyons
Nyons projects a tight city image between heritage and Provencal light, with perspectives of streets that quickly frame the details. By following a simple circuit towards the centre and then towards the higher areas, the contrast between stone and vegetation becomes very eloquent. A good passage to feel the softness of the region.
村
Grignan
Grignan immediately attracts by its volumes and its relief curve around the village. Interest comes when you leave the main street to observe the side façades, the venals and the changes of light on the facades. The place evokes a continuity between residential and monumental softness without emphasis.
遺跡
Site antique de Puymin
The ancient site of Puymin reads as a superimposition of traces: stones, orientation, pierced space, view on valley. It can be browsed in a short segment to capture the site logic, then expand to its margins to better understand the old implantation. The surrounding reliefs add a real depth of interpretation.
