Ruins of Koknese Castle
The ruins of Koknese It stands on a point between the Pěrse and the Daugava, now enlarged by the dam. The medieval walls seem almost laid in the water, and the visit applies as much to the stone silhouette as to the views of the river.
庭園
Garden of Destiny
The Jardin du Destin The memorial, which combines paths, trees, engraved stones and sober architecture with the memory of the Latvian losses of the 20th century. On the island of Daugava, the memorial avoids the emphasis: it advances by simple gestures, names, perspectives and silence around the river.

Daugava Valley Natural Park
Between Koknese Aizkraukle, the valley of the Daugava alternates wooded slopes, meadows and views over the river. The paths and viewpoints give a very concrete reading of the landscape, especially when the light hangs the meanderings and the slopes covered with trees.
