The steps are scattered: it is better to organize the movements by sector rather than treat this whole as a unique city.
To understand what Oujda and Saidia are, you must look at Oujda and its medina, Saidia and its Mediterranean and Berkan beach, between plain and mountains. These places give us a view of a territory marked by urban life, the coastline, mountain reliefs and the countryside and allow us to move from emblematic sites to more intimate stages.

Oujda is the main city of the Oriental, close to the Algerian border. Its ancient centre is an urban stage before the agricultural landscapes of Berkane and the coast of Saidia, in a territory of historical traffic.

Saidia is a resort on the Mediterranean coast of the East, north of Berkane. Its long sandy beach and its seaside development contrast with the nearby mountains; the eastern end of the area reaches the border with Algeria.

In the Moroccan Oriental, Berkane is located on the edge of the Beni Snassen massif. The city marks the passage from the plain to the reliefs in the regional route between Oujda and Saidia.
