Sept-Îles and its archipelago
Large bay of the North Coast protected by seven islands, with beaches, Innu culture and sea excursions.
The discovery of Sept-Îles and its archipelago revolves around Archipelago of the Seven Islands, Old Quai of Sept-Îles and Old-Poste of Sept-Îles. The stay thus alternates between the coastline, island landscapes, heritage and natural spaces, giving a concrete picture of the destination beyond its only best known site.

Nature and panorama
Archipel des Sept Îles
The archipelago of the Seven Islands protects the bay of Sept-Îles by a rosary of wooded, rocky islands frequented by seabirds. A boat trip reveals better its relief, its handles and its role as a natural shelter on this vast and changing part of the North Shore.
Place indismissible
Old Quai de Sept-Îles
The Vieux-Quai de Sept-Îles It is a place of walking facing the bay, the islands and the harbour activities. It captures well the relationship of the city with the sea: boats, offshore winds, sunsets and departures of excursions to the archipelago.
Culture and heritage
Old Post of Sept-Îles
The Old Post is re-establishing a former trading counter on the bayside, in a place today dedicated to the Innu and Euro-Canadian history of Sept-Îles. The buildings, objects and stories put the fur trade in the daily lives of those who frequented Uashat. The visit brings a human counterpoint to the maritime excursions in the archipelago.
