Bregenz, Vorarlberg and the Arlberg
Austrian west between Lake Constance, contemporary architecture, Alpine villages, Bregenz festival and Arlberg valley.
Bregenz, Pfänder and Lech am Arlberg give the most telling landmarks of Bregenz, Vorarlberg and Arlberg. Together, they make up a destination where the shores and lakes meet, mountain reliefs, urban life and heritage, with atmospheres that change over the course of the stages rather than a single uniform decor.

For a stay of 2 to 5 days, it is better to balance visits and travel times. Also to be anticipated: distance from valleys and expensive accommodation in resorts. The trip can be organised without a car if the drop point and local connections are selected in advance. Accessibility varies from site to site and deserves to be checked step by step.

City and panorama
Bregenz et Pfänder
Bregenz connects Lake Constance to the Pfänder mountain, which is easily accessible for views of the lake and the Alps. The city combines lakeside promenade, festival and discreet centre.
Culture
Festival de Bregenz
The Bregenz Festival transforms Lake Constance into an opera scene, with a floating scene whose monumental installations change according to the seasons. In the summer, the experience is as much about the show as it is about the arrival at the waterfront, when the steps, lake and mountains come in the same frame.
Alpine village
Lech am Arlberg
Lech am Arlberg belongs to the elegant slopes of the Austrian Alps, with neat chalets, discreet hotels and slopes that climb quickly above the village. Winter attracts skiers, while summer reveals more calm altitude paths; prices and the season chosen really count in the experience.
