To understand what Gongju and Buyeo are, you must look at Fortress Gongsanseong, Tomb of King Muryeong and Fortress Busosanseong. Fortress Gongsanseong
Gongsanseong follows a hill overlooking the Geum River at Gongju, with rebuilt walls, doors and pavilions. The round road alternates underwood and open views, giving a clear reading of the defensive role of the former capital of Baekje.

The tomb of King Muryeong has delivered an exceptional set of objects that document the exchanges of the kingdom of Baekje. The original room remains protected, but the museum and the reproductions explain precisely its architecture and the context of the neighboring tumulus.
