Shoal Bay East is rolling a long ribbon of pale sand on the northeast coast of Anguilla, with clear water that quickly becomes shallow. Beach bars remain in retreat from swimming, and rocky areas sometimes offer good underwater glimpses; however, the wind can change the color and comfort of the lagoon.
