Lake Bled, Lake Bohinj and Vintgar give the most telling landmarks of Bled and Bohinj. Together, they form a destination where the shores and lakes meet, mountain reliefs and natural spaces, with atmospheres that change over the stages rather than just one uniform decor.

The lake of Bled concentrates the most famous Alpine image of Slovenia, with its island, perched castle and wooded viewpoints. The destination is better approached sooner or later, when the lake's tower regains its softness despite the popularity of the site.

Lake Bohinj
Lake Bohinj offers a wider and wilder experience than Bled, on the edge of the Triglav National Park. The banks, villages and hiking departures allow you to stay there for a full day without looking for a single strong point.
Throat
Gorge de Vintgar
The Vintgar gorge follows a clear river between walls, bridges and rapids, at a short distance from Bled. The course is short but very visual; it is better to choose the less frequented hours to keep the feeling of freshness and narrow passage.
