Hassan II Mosque, Mahkama of Pasha and Old Church of the Sacred Heart give the most telling landmarks of Casablanca. Together, they form a destination where the big city, urban life, the coastline and heritage meet, with atmospheres that change over the stages rather than just one uniform decor.

The Hassan II Mosque, completed in 1993 on the coast of Casablanca, combines a vast esplanade with a 210-metre minaret. Its architecture mobilizes the work of Moroccan artisans in wood, plaster, stone and zellige.

Built in 1941-1942 in the Habous, the Mahkama of Pasha is an administrative unit that served as the court and residence of the Pasha. It belongs to the history of the modern neighborhood with traditional inspiration, and remains distinct from a museum.

Often called Casablanca Cathedral, the ancient Church of the Sacred Heart is located west of the Arab League Park. Its monumental volume belongs to the architectural heritage of the twentieth century and constitutes a landmark in the modern centre.
