The discovery of Fjord du Saguenay is centred around Parc national du Fjord-du-Saguenay, Sainte-Rose-du-Nord and L'Anse-Saint-Jean. The stay thus alternates between riverscapes, mountain reliefs, forests and natural spaces, giving a concrete picture of the destination beyond its only best known site.

Fjord-du-Saguenay National Park
Fjord du Saguenay National Park provides access to the rocky caps, coves and forests bordering the fjord. The trails climb towards spectacular viewpoints, while the areas of Baie-Éternité and Baie-Sainte-Marguerite reveal two faces of the Saguenay: steep walls and deep water on one side, and softer shoreline on the other.

Sainte-Rose-du-Nord The village is nestled in a cove of Saguenay, surrounded by mountains that fall almost directly into the water. The village is discovered by its quay, its tight houses near the shore and its views where the fjord seems to close around the bay.

L'Anse-Saint-Jean
In L'Anse-Saint-Jean, the fjord is approached at village height, between marina, covered bridge and old houses. Visitors find there a soft base to navigate, hike or simply watch the light change on the cliffs of Saguenay.

Statue de Notre-Dame-du-Saguenay
The statue of Notre-Dame-du-Saguenay dominates the fjord from Cape Trinity, above Baie-Éternité. It is joined by a demanding but highly rewarded path, with openings on the walls, the dark waters and the almost silent immensity of the Saguenay.
