A compact alpine massif around Štrbské Pleso, Tatranská Lomnica and Starý Smokovec, with lakes, ridges and mountain trains.
Štrbské Pleso, Tatranská Lomnica and Lomnický štít give the most telling landmarks of High Tatras. Together, they form a destination where mountain reliefs, shores and lakes, forests and natural spaces meet, with atmospheres that change over the course of the stages rather than just one uniform decor.
