Giới thiệu chung
Mokpo and the Sinan archipelago
Modern port, maritime opening heritage and protected archipelago extend into shallow waters of the southwest.
To understand what Mokpo and the Sinan archipelago are, you must look at the modern history museum of Mokpo, Gatbawi Rocks and Dadohaehaesang National Park. These places give us a view of a territory marked by urban life, the coastline, island landscapes and heritage and allow us to move from emblematic sites to more intimate stages.

Bảo tàng
Museum of Modern History of Mokpo
The museum of modern history occupies the former Japanese consulate, a brick building overlooking part of the old Mokpo. His exhibitions address the opening of the port, the colonial period and urban transformations, with an indispensable context to read the surrounding streets.

Gatbawi Rocks
Gatbawi refers to two rock formations sculpted by erosion at the water's edge, whose silhouette evokes people wearing a traditional hat. A floating bridge allows them to be observed closely while following the cultural coastline of the Mokpo.
Công viên tự nhiên
Dadohaehaesang National Park
Dadohaehaesang protects a vast rosary of islands, cliffs and channels along the southwest coast. In the Sinan archipelago, ferries and trails provide access to a few areas, but schedules and distances require a precise organization.
