For a stay of 2 to 5 days, a quiet rhythm works well. Also to be anticipated: Breton meteo. A car is usually the easiest way to connect different sectors. Accessibility varies from site to site and deserves to be checked step by step.

Place

Place Sainte-Anne de Rennes

4,6 / 5· Hidengo2 to 4 hrs on site · estimate

Place Sainte-Anne is an urban scene where the flows and materials of facades construct a daily geography visible from the first circle. Lateral strolling reveals uses, shops and changes of light along facades. In the afternoon, the square opens in slower rhythm.

Cung điện

Parlement de Bretagne

4,5 / 5· Hidengo1 to 2 hrs on site · estimate

The Parliament of Brittany gives the centre of Rennes a very legible institutional foundation, with worked facades and volumes that guide the course. The place is not only monumental: it is better understood by turning around and then returning to a single angle. An early visit reduces the scale of the crowd.

Vườn

Parc du Thabor

4,4 / 5· Hidengo1 to 2 hrs on site · estimate

The Parc du Thabor alternates between large planted spaces and more intimate areas, offering breathing in the urban centre. The walk is effective when you alternate short loop and stop on a single axis of view. The site reacts very well to variations of light.

Village

Tréhorenteuc

4,4 / 5· Hidengo1 to 2 hrs on site · estimate

Tréhorenteuc charm by its passages between discreet heritage and near nature, with a contrast of immediate textures. The alleys, trees and viewpoints build a very square atmosphere, which is better understood by steps. A moment of end of day highlights the nuances of the materials.
