Arshan and Tunka National Park
Arshan lies at the foot of the Tunkinsky Goltsy Mountains, with mineral springs and waterfalls on the Kyngarga River. Khoimor Datsan adds a religious architectural landmark. The selection brings together the village, its waters and the relief of the Eastern Sayan Mountains.

Arshan developed around mineral waters at the foot of the Tunka Mountains. The spa park and village establishments introduce this setting. Treatments and drinking the waters are subject to each establishment’s rules.

Kyngarga Waterfalls
The Kyngarga runs between rocks, forming waterfalls in a wooded setting. Narrow passages, boulders and the current reveal the shape of the valley beyond a single waterfall view.

Datsan of Khoimor
The datsan adds Buddhist architecture to a visit to Arshan. Its coloured roofs, facades and surrounding space provide a different focus from the springs and mountain slopes.

Tunkinskiye Goltsy Mountains
The rocky Tunkinskiye Goltsy ridges frame the horizon above wooded valleys. Bare summits contrast with forested slopes; enjoying this mountain panorama does not require reaching the ridgeline.
