Ptichiy Bazar Cape forms a line of cliffs beside the Arctic sea. The reserve identifies it as a seabird-colony observation site on authorised circuits; sightings depend on season.

At Wrangel’s eastern end, Waring Point’s cliffs reveal the rocks and coastline. Reserve programmes also describe this sector’s seabirds. The rock-arch photograph dates from July 2013.
