Eastern Mongolian city oriented towards Horqin meadows, nature reserves and a discrete Buddhist heritage.
Horqin landscapes, Kulun Temples and Tongliao Museum give the most telling landmarks of Tongliao and Horqin. Together, they form a destination where urban life, the countryside, natural spaces and heritage meet, with atmospheres that change over the stages rather than just one uniform decor.
