Aït Bouguemez Valley and M’Goun Massif
The Aït Bouguemez Valley is a inhabited and cultivated area of the Central High Atlas, organized around villages including Tabant. Beyond the valley bottom, the M的Goun opens a high mountain universe. The steps between villages and the crossings to the massif are not the same effort or logistics.
To understand what Valley of Aït Bouguemez and massif of M-Goun, you must look at Valley of Aït Bouguemez, Ighil M-Goun and Tabant. These places give you a view of a territory marked by mountain reliefs, the countryside, natural spaces and heritage and allow you to move from emblematic sites to more intimate stages.

For a stay of 3 to 7 days, you must plan a fairly long day. Also to be anticipated: the M的Goun exceeds the valley bottom and crosses a regional boundary; provide an explicit geographical extension and a suitable framework. A car is usually the easiest way to connect the different sectors. However, some sites require more walking, elevation or preparation.

Aït Valley Bouguemez
The Aït Bouguemez form a valley of the Central High Atlas, in the municipality of Tabant and the province of Azilal. Often called "happy valley", it is first a inhabited territory, where discovery must respect the uses of villages.

Ighil M’Goun
The M的Goun is a top of the High Atlas peak at 4,071 meters, located in the Drâa-Tafilalet region. It is not confused with the valley of Aït Bouguemez or with the vast geopark which bears its name.

Tabant
Tabant is a small town and rural municipality in the province of Azilal, in the heart of the Aït Bouguemez valley. The village is a inhabited stage for preparing the village walks and the higher routes of the High Atlas.
遺產
Grenier de Sidi Moussa
Sidi Moussa's attic dominates the village of Timit in the Aït Bouguemez. Its collective building, spotted by the M-Goun geopark and mapped in OpenStreetMap, provides a reading of the architecture of the valley, complementary to the walks between villages.
