For a stay of 1 to 4 days, a quiet rhythm works well. Also to be anticipated: seasonality to check and sometimes important distances. The trip can be organised without a car if the drop point and local connections are selected in advance. Accessibility varies from site to site and deserves to be verified step by step.

Culture and heritage
New York State Capitol
The capitol of Albany It is impressive by the scale of its stairs and the depth of its interior volumes. Each room tells of a period of long and contrasting construction, visible in matter and finishes. It is a historical walk that resembles a site that has become a heritage site.
Place indismissible
Empire State Plaza
Empire State Plaza composes a modern line in the center of the Albany, with towers, basins and public spaces with net geometry. The Egg and the integrated works create a marked break with the neighbouring historical fabric. It is a visit of urban as much as architectural contrast.
Place indismissible
Troy
Troy preserves industrial facades and Victorian alignments that recall its merchant past. The covered market and brick streets invite to slow down, especially around recurring shooting sites. The city is discovered by strolling, with a real character of inhabited heritage.
