Apostle Islands National Lakeshore
Apostle Islands National Lakeshore is home to wooded islands, lighthouses, cold beaches and cliffs carved by Lake Superior. By kayak or boat, the sea caves and sandstone walls take full force, especially when the water is calm. From the shore, the trails give a slower version of the same landscape, between pines and wide.

Raspberry Island Light guides navigation in the channel of the Apostles islands with a discreet and useful luminous presence. Its historical architecture, sea bottom and island approaches reinforce the feeling of an active but preserved coastline.
