Djurdjura Massif
The Djurdjura forms a high mountain barrier in the heart of Kabylia. Tikjda, Tala Guilef and Lalla Khedidja allow to approach different areas of the massif, between cedars and rocky reliefs. This destination is preparing as a mountain stay: season, possible snow and chosen route greatly alter the effort and access.
The discovery of the Djurdjura Massif is based around the National Park of Djurdjura, Tikjda and Tala Guilef, Boghni area. The stay thus alternates between mountain reliefs, forests and natural spaces, giving a concrete picture of the destination beyond its only best known site.

For a stay of 3 to 5 days, you must plan a fairly long day. Also to be anticipated: elevation and condition of roads varying according to sector and season and time, rates and detailed accessibility unverified. A car is usually the easiest way to connect the different sectors. However, some sites require more walking, elevation or preparation.

The National Park protects part of the Djurdjura massif in Kabylia. Mountain areas do not form a unique site of visit: slopes, approaches and routes require specific preparation, in particular to link the bases of Tikjda and Tala Guilef.

Located on the Bouira slope, Tikjda is a mountain base of the Djurdjura, surrounded by reliefs and cedars. Its winter vocation does not imply a permanent operation of the equipment; summer walks are another way of discovering the area.

Tala Guilef is a mountain site in the municipality of Boghni, Djurdjura National Park. Located at altitude on the slopes of Tizi Ouzou, it is a different approach from Tikjda, with access conditions specific to this area.

Lalla Khedidja is the highest point of the Djurdjura, about 2,308 meters away. This summit represents a separate mountain exit from a walk in a resort; the choice of route and weather conditions largely determine the necessary commitment.
