A fresh metropole surrounded by karst, Guiyang brings together museums, parks, Guizhou cuisine and old towns easily accessible.
Qianling Park, Nanming River in Guiyang and Old Town of Qingyan give the most telling landmarks of Guiyang. Together, they form a destination where the big city, urban life, heritage and natural spaces meet, with atmospheres that change over the stages rather than just one uniform decor.

Qianling Park
Wooded hills, lake, temple and trails occupy a vast urban park immediately northwest of the centre of Guiyang. Distances, weather and access conditions must be checked prior to departure; water, suitable clothing and hourly margin remain useful, even during the most favorable season.

Nanming River in Guiyang
The river crosses the historic centre under several bridges and borders the Jiaxiu Pavilion, the main architectural landmark of the city. The season, wind and water level greatly alter the experience; it is also necessary to respect the fragile banks and any local restrictions.

Old town of Qingyan
Remparts, temples and stone alleys occupy an old military post in the south of the metropolis. Collections and remains take time to exceed a mere photographic stop; to reserve a sufficient beach helps to understand their regional historical context.
