Hancheng and Dangjia village
Merchant houses, temples and ancient fortified town border the Yellow River northeast of Shaanxi.
Shrine of Sima Qian, Old Town of Hancheng and Confucian Temple of Hancheng give the most telling landmarks of Hancheng and village of Dangjia. Together, they form a destination where urban life, heritage and the countryside meet, with atmospheres that change over the stages rather than a single uniform decor.
