The Parc de la Poésie accompanies the Šešupė in the heart of Marijampolė, with walkways, sculptures and shade corners. It links the center nicely to river walks, while letting appear the taste of the city for public art and murals.

The Paežeriai mansion combines neoclassical facade, outbuildings, park and lakeside in a very laid setting. The regional museum gives a depth to the place, while the alleys and reflections on the water extend the visit beyond the rooms.

Vištytis Regional Park
The Vištytis Regional Park shows a hillier Suvalkija, with moraine hills, forests and large border lake. Roads and trails offer beautiful changes of relief, especially when the views open to the water and the soft lines of the countryside.
