To understand what Narew National Park is, look at Waniewo, юliwno and Narew. These places give us a view of a territory marked by wetlands, riverscapes and natural spaces and allow us to move from emblematic sites to more intimate stages.

Camp d'extermination de Treblinka
Treblinka is a place of memory of the extermination of the Jews of Europe, today marked by a memorial of stones, traces of ways and a sober museum. The visit calls for a silent presence: the forms of the site, more than the missing buildings, make sensitive the extent of the crime and the absence left.

Śliwno is the other end of the walkway linking the wet landscapes of the Narew. From this village, the river appears as a network of tight arms, reeds and meadows, particularly interesting to observe nature without long hikes.

In its national park, the Narew forms a braided river, divided in many arms between reeds and floodable meadows. This rare landscape is better understood from the footbridges or kayaking, when the water constantly changes direction around the islands.
