Nopiming Provincial Park
Nopiming means "the entrance to the wild land", a name that is faithful to its connected lakes, granite outcrops and boreal forest. The road quickly becomes secondary to the canoe, hiking and long evenings without urban light.

The Bird River slides and leaps over large granite slabs to Tulabi Falls. The site is easily joined from the campsite and offers a sound and photogenic stop in the middle of the calm waters of Nopiming.
