Gávdos
Gávdos marks the extreme inhabited south of Greece, beyond Crete, with long beaches, dunes, low pines and rare roads. The journey depends heavily on ferries and the wind; those who accept this slowness find there a bare island, solar and very far from the Cretan rhythm.
