Sainte Genevieve Historic District
The historic district of Sainte Genevieve preserves a rare concentration of houses linked to the French colonization of Mississippi. Pentus roofs, galleries, enclosed gardens and vertical wooden constructions give this small town of Missouri a very different atmosphere from the neighbouring American towns.
