Nature and landscape
Mount Mansfield
Mount Mansfield dominates the Green Mountains with a recognizable ridge line, often associated with the silhouette of a lying face. Depending on the access chosen, the climb reveals forests, rocky passages and views towards Stowe, Smugglers & Notch and the valleys of the north of Vermont. The summit attracts both hikers and travelers who come to look for an altitude panorama.

Smugglers' Notch
Smugglers' Notch is a cut that opens a natural road between peaks, while concentrating forest and marked reliefs. The route makes the relationship between Mount Mansfield Ridge and its surrounding reliefs visible, with changing views depending on the season. It is a landscape crossing more than just a point of view.

Stowe Recreation Path
The Stowe Recreation Path follows a peaceful path between meadows, woods, covered bridges and views of Mount Mansfield. On foot or by bike, it connects the village to open landscapes without imposing the effort of a mountain hike. The route works well to feel the daily pace of Stowe, between cafes, farms and river.
