Volcano
Parc national du Teide
The Teide National Park is not a great place to be: it belongs to the volcanic heart of Tenerife, between black flows, pumice plains and reddish cones. The altitude makes the air brighter and the light harder; the short paths are already enough to feel the mineral power of the volcano.
Forest and mountain
Massif d'Anaga
The massif of Anaga offers a more humid and intimate nature, with forest, valleys and coastal breakthroughs according to the route. Each area gives a different sense of depth, especially when the light passes through the foliage. The best sequences are those where the walk alternates assailed short and halted in clear-obscur.
Historical city
San Cristóbal de La Laguna
San Cristóbal de La Laguna offers a historical centre that is legible by the regularity of its facades and the fluidity of its pedestrian routes. Urban corridors, covered with shades, favour a sensitive rather than hasty discovery. In the morning allows to observe the details of stone and the architecture games with less pressure.
