Wine town
Kavadarci
Kavadarci serves as an entry door to Tikveš, a major wine region of North Macedonia. The city itself remains functional, but it allows to connect cellars, country roads and dry landscapes of the Vardar valley.

Lake and hills
Lake Tikveš
The lake of Tikveš Extend its waters between dry hills, valleys and quiet roads south of Kavadarci. It is a landscape stop more local than spectacular, interesting to slow down a wine route or look for a late-day light.

Archeological site
Stobi
Stobi occupies a strategic site near the old Vardar valley, with streets, mosaics, theatre and remains of several periods. The visit completes very well Tikveš, because it adds a clear historical stage to a region especially associated with wine.
