Aubrac
Altitude plateau, burons, villages, great horizons and peaceful paths.
To understand what Aubrac is, you have to look at Great Plateaus, Gastronomy and Walking Paths. These places give you the opportunity to see a territory marked by the countryside, mountain reliefs and natural spaces and allow you to move from emblematic sites to more intimate stages.

For a stay of 2 to 5 days, it is better to balance visits and travel times. Also to be anticipated: harsh weather out of season. A car is usually the easiest way to connect different sectors. However, some sites require more walking, elevation or preparation.

山
Signal de Mailhebiau
The Mailhebial Signal reads as a terminal to the eye: high position, clear horizon and wind direction changes. The site understands itself by observing the circulation of the land lines, much more than by a simple panoramic photo. An extended stop allows you to observe the light that shifts the peaks.
村庄
Laguiole
Laguiole mixes village, landscape and handicrafts in the same atmosphere: convivial squares, alleyways, worked facades. Going to the periphery of the centre, you can see the layers of this identity better. In the evening offers softer contrasts to perceive volumes.
寺院
Domerie d'Aubrac
The Domerie d'Aubrac is noticed by its calm presence at the edge of the plateau, then by the depth of its internal perspectives. External traffic quickly leads to a more detailed reading of buildings. A quiet hour visit reinforces the feeling of a inhabited and unscenarized place.
村庄
Nasbinals
Nasbinals reveals itself by its traffic axes and its insertion into the abracain relief. The passage from the square to the country road reveals a very legible landscape report. The best time is when the sun lengthens the shadows and makes the texture of the terrain more legible.
