Chełmno replacements
The walls of Chełmno still largely surround the medieval town, with doors, towers and long brick sections. They give a rare walk in northern Poland, where one follows the ancient contour of the city while seeing the Vistula valley.

The Rynek de Chełmno is a large regular square, dominated by a white Renaissance city hall and surrounded by low houses. The ensemble maintains a very pleasant medieval clarity, reinforced by the Gothic churches and the nearby ramparts.
