概述
Crowsnest Pass
Mountain pass marked by mines, landslides and small communities close between the Rocky Mountains.
The discovery of Crowsnest Pass revolves around Frank Slide, Bellevue Underground Mine and Lundbreck Falls. The stay thus alternates between mountain reliefs, riverscapes, heritage and natural spaces, giving a concrete picture of the destination beyond its only best known site.

For a stay of 3 to 6 days, it is better to balance visits and travel times. Also to be anticipated: conditions to be checked according to the season. A car is usually the easiest way to connect the different sectors. Accessibility varies from site to site and deserves to be verified step by step.

必去之地
一份帮你开始憧憬和安排旅程的精选——并非所有可看之处的完整清单。
必去之地
Frank Slide
Frank Slide is a huge block field left by the collapse of Turtle Mountain on the valley of the Crowsnest Pass. The road still crosses this limestone sea, and the interpretive centre helps connect the mineral silence of the site to the abruptly interrupted lives of Frank.
必去之地
Bellevue Underground Mine
In Bellevue Underground Mine, the visit descends into an old coal gallery rather than staying in front of exposed machines. Helmet on the head, we measure the narrowness, humidity and darkness of the underground work that shaped the mining communities of the Crowsnest Pass.
自然与全景
Lundbreck Falls
Lundbreck Falls Cuts the Crowsnest River into two curtains of water easy to approach from the road. The viewpoints give a clear view of the fall and the lower canyon, while the downstream banks offer a pleasant stop between meadows, ranches and mountains.
自然与风景
Chinook Lake
Chinook Lake offers a forest parenthesis above the Crowsnest Pass, with quiet water, easy trails and views of the surrounding reliefs. The place is suitable for families or a late-day stop, when the banks become more quiet.
