Đerdap and the Serbian Danube
Spectacular walk from the Danube to the Iron Gates, between Golubac fortress, archaeological sites, gazebos and national park.
Golubac, the National Park of Čerdap and Lepenski Vir give the most telling landmarks of ▼erdap and the Serbian Danube. Together, they form a destination where riverscapes, natural spaces, heritage and forests meet, with atmospheres that change over the course of the stages rather than just one uniform decor.

For a stay of 2 to 4 days, it is better to balance visits and travel times. Also to be expected: linear distances along the Danube and seasonal cruises. A car is usually the easiest way to connect different sectors. Accessibility varies from site to site and deserves to be checked step by step.

Lepenski Vir
Lepenski Vir tells a very ancient Danube, long before the fortresses and Roman roads of the gorges of Đerdap. Under the structure of the museum, the living floors and sculptures with strange faces place a prehistoric community in its landscape of river, cliffs and passage.
