概述
Enna and Piazza Armerina
Inland Sicily of hills, high towns, Roman villa with mosaics and agricultural landscapes far from the beaches.
Roman villa of Casale, Enna and Piazza Armerina give the most eloquent landmarks of Enna and Piazza Armerina. Together, they form a destination where urban life, heritage and the countryside meet, with atmospheres that change over the course of the stages rather than a single uniform decor.

Remarkable location
Géla
Géla looks at the Mediterranean from the south coast of Sicily, with a Greek past visible in the archaeological remains and collections of the local museum. The city is particularly interesting for travellers who connect Piazza Armerina to the coast: it shows a more harbouric Sicily, less staged than the large baroque stages.
Heritage
Villa romaine du Casale
The Roman villa of Casale speaks through its volumes of land and stone, gradually revealed by walking around preserved spaces. Various distances and angles to perceive how the ancient structure is inserted into the current framework.
Place
Enna
Enna The castle, the squares and the alleys give a physical visit, marked by the wind, the slopes and the distant views. The view of the castle, the squares and the alleys of the castle, are the most important of the city's views.
Town or village
Piazza Armerina
Piazza Armerina lives on its slopes, between narrow streets, staircases and baroque facades sometimes tired by the Sicilian sun. The city also serves as a door to the Roman Villa of Casale, whose mosaics give a spectacular counterpoint to the rougher daily life of the center.
