Errachidia, formerly known as Ksar es-Suk, is the capital of the Draa-Tafilalet region. The city is a gateway to the Ziz landscape, but must be distinguished from the oasis and villages that are reached further south.

Around Errachidia and Aoufous, the Ziz Valley combines arid reliefs, villages and irrigated crops. L ,oued is born further north in the High Atlas; this area of d,oasis allows to observe the water usage and management in practice.

Aoufous is a municipality in the Drâa-Tafilalet region in the province of Erachidia. It is a stage in the Ziz corridor, to be distinguished from the homonymous geological formation and the whole valley to which its landscape is attached.

The Meski Blue Source is a site reported by the Moroccan National Tourism Office in the Erachidia sector. This stage is linked to the landscape of Meski's d'oasis; the water condition and the developments must be checked before the visit.
