Kelibia and northern Cap Bon

The northern Cape Bon is found between the fortified promontory of Kélibia, the Punic city of Kerkouane and the coast of El Haouaria. The landscape combines open coasts, reliefs and countryside. Archaeology is particularly legible in Kerkouane, abandoned before a Roman reconstruction that would have erased its ancient urban organization.

To understand what Kélibia is and the north of Cape Bon, you must look at Fort de Kélibia, the Punic City of Kerkouane and its necropolis and El Haouaria. These places give you a view of a territory marked by the coastline, heritage, countryside and natural areas and allow you to move from emblematic sites to more intimate stages.
