Battery Spencer
Battery Spencer It is occupied by former military positions above the Golden Gate, on the Marin side, with the bridge almost at hand. The concrete ruins, the wind and the cliffs give a rough foreground to the photos of San Francisco, especially when the fog passes under the cables or teares itself on the bay.
