村庄
Saint-Véran
Saint-Véran gives the feeling of a preserved village where steep streets, roofs and distant views respond naturally. By walking, one perceives the passages between houses and slopes accurately. An early time in the day allows you to observe the materials without tourist interference.
要塞
Fort Queyras
The Fort Queyras It reveals its defensive logic from the first approach, but it becomes more legible by looking at the surroundings from close to close. The alignments, the thickness of the walls and the firing lines tell more than a written guide. The wind can help it feel space.
山地度假地
Ceillac
Ceillac stretches between village and high mountain landscape, with a clear dynamic when alternate lanes and trail departures. The views are quickly renewed, especially according to the angle of the sun. It takes time not to reduce the place to its sole silhouette.
观景公路
Col Agnel
The Agnel Pass marks the passage to Italy in an open high mountain decor, almost stripped away. The road gradually gains clear slopes, scrambles and razed meadows; at the top, the landscape turns abruptly between Queyras and Piedmont, with a light often very clear.
