General Sherman Tree
The General Sherman Tree Impressions less by an isolated silhouette than by the mass of its trunk, broad, reddish, almost disproportionate in the middle of Giant Forest. Around it, the gateways allow to measure the scale of giant sequoias without trampling on their fragile roots.
