Chora de Tinos mix of cycladic port, shopping alleys and great avenue of pilgrimage going up to the Panagia Evangelistria. Days of religious celebration strongly change the atmosphere, but the city also remains a good start to the marble villages and the windy beaches.

Pyrgos is the village of the marble Tinos, with carved lintels, fountains, workshops, museum and cemetery where every detail seems to be worked. Its clear streets and large shaded square give a very identifiable stop in the north of the island.
