Songdowon extends north of Wonsan The coast is sometimes integrated into the authorized circuits, but the access of foreigners, the photographable areas and the movements remain determined by the authorities.

Ullim Cascades
Ullim is a series of waterfalls in a mountainous valley west of Wonsan. Gateways and viewpoints follow several levels, when the site appears in the approved itinerary and when road conditions allow the excursion.

Mount Kumgang
Mount Kumgang gathers granitic peaks, valleys and waterfalls near the South Korean border. This area once open to inter-Korean circuits has experienced long closures: no possibility of visits or routes should be assumed without official confirmation.
