General presentation
Brussels
Belgian and European capital, dense in historic places, museums, covered galleries, institutional districts and gourmet scenes.
To understand what Brussels is, you must look at Grand-Place, Atomium and Galeries royales Saint-Hubert. These places give you a view of a territory marked by the big city, urban life and heritage and allow you to move from emblematic sites to more intimate stages.
See all
For a stay of 2 to 4 days, a quiet rhythm works well. Also to be anticipated: dense traffic and variable weather. The trip can be organised without a car if the drop point and local connections are selected in advance. The main sites are generally easy to access.

Places worth visiting
A selection to start dreaming and organizing the stay — not an exhaustive list of everything there is to see.

World Heritage
Palais Stoclet
The Stoclet Palace, in Brussels, is a major work by Josef Hoffmann and the Vienna Secession, thought even in its interior settings. Its geometric lines, precious materials and mosaics of Klimt announce Art Deco; the building remains private, which usually limits the experience to the outside.

Historic square
Grand-Place
The Grand Place in Brussels is impressed by the theatrical unit of its golden facades, the city hall and the old corporate houses. The place changes a lot according to the hour: more alive in the day, more spectacular in the evening when lighting reveals the details.

Monument
Atomium
The Atomium gives Brussels a futuristic icon, between monument, gazebo and almost playful architectural object. The visit is interesting for views from the spheres as well as for the imagination of universal exhibition still very present in its silhouette.

Covered galleries
Galeries royales Saint-Hubert
Under their clear glass windows, Galeries royales Saint-Hubert takes a sheltered walk where showcases, chocolate makers, bookstores and cafes make up a very Brussels decor. The passage is short, but it gains to be crossed slowly, looking at the regular facades and the changing reflections between the Grand Place and the shopping streets.
