Réserve naturelle de Yading
The reserve protects three sacred peaks and a staggering of forests, pastures and scalds of very high altitude. Distances, weather and access conditions must be checked before departure; water, suitable clothing and hourly margin remain useful, even during the most favorable season.
Lake
Lac aux Cinq Couleurs de Yading
This small mineral lake is joined by a steep path above pastures, about 4,600 meters. The season, wind and water level greatly alter the experience; it is also necessary to respect the fragile banks and any local restrictions.
Monastery
Monastère Chonggu
The monastery marks the entrance of the upper valley facing the top Chenrezig and the conifer forests. The place remains culturally sensitive and discovers with discretion, without hindering local practices; time, outfit and photographic rules are to be checked on site.
